$65.00 per man-hour for each investigator.
.45 cents per mile (per vehicle).

Any other service such as telephone consultation, meetings, report generation, video copying, verbal communications above and beyond the surveillance service will be considered billable time and will be charged at a rate of $65.00 per man-hour (at 1/4 hour minimum), .45 cents per mile (per vehicle) and any relevant expenses, including, but not limited to, communications, travel expenses, report generation, media supplies, video copying, videotape, source information fees, records fees, copying costs, court appearance, expert fees, etc).

$75 per diem per investigator for investigations resulting in overnight travel. This does not include vehicle, lodging, travel, fuel, etc.

SURVEILLANCE TEAMS

ATS RESEARCH uses one investigator for surveillance efforts but some cases require a surveillance team of two or more investigators. The use of a surveillance team offers better results and provides quality documentation of the subject’s activities. If the use of a surveillance team is deemed necessary the client will be contacted for approval. A reduced rate is automatically adjusted for the additional investigator(s). Surveillance teams are usually required for infidelity cases where the subject frequents restaurants, bars and is out and about during late night hours.

$100.00 per hour for two investigators.
.45 cents per mile (per vehicle).
Any and all relevant expenses.
