TECHNICAL SURVEILLANCE COUNTER MEASURES (Electronic Counter Measures)

RESEARCH countermeasures service rates vary due to location and other unknown variables. Please call to discuss your situation from a secure telephone or come in to our retail office location.
Any
other service beyond the TSCM service will be considered
billable time and will be charged at a rate of $65.00 per man-hour,
45 cents per mile (per vehicle) and any related expenses. |
RESIDENTIAL / COMMERCIAL (Low Level Threat) |

Research offers a low level TSCM Service for a 2000 square
feet or less area which can be a residence or commercial
The service
includes the following:
Hostile Wireless Audio Transmission Search
Hostile Wireless Video Transmission Search
Limited Visual and Physical Inspection
The
low threat level search includes a sweep by electronic means for audio
transmitting devices, video transmitting devices, carrier current
devices and a visual telephone line inspection from the exterior
junction box attached to the building and throughout the structure.
In addition, a limited physical and visual search of the premises
is conducted for hardwired devices. This type of search will usually locate various types
of common low level attacks and can take from 2 to 3 hours.
There
is a $500.00 charge for this service for a location with 20 miles of our retail office.
If the location is beyond the 20 mile radius a trip charge is added to cover the added expenses. Please call our office for a more accurate cost.

TYPICAL
THREAT LEVEL 2 CLIENT:
Clients with elevated concerns regarding spouses, corporate executive privacy
and safety issues. Commercial or industrial entities with concerns for
employees/planted employees, external threats, industrial espionage, trade theft or personal reasons.
The threat level 2 service includes a search by electronic means for audio
transmitting devices, video transmitting devices, hardwired audio
and video devices, carrier current devices and physical telephone
analysis from the exterior junction box attached to the building
and throughout the structure. In addition, an extensive physical
and visual search is conducted of the premises including outlets,
switches and other items considered a possible threat.
This type of search is usually selected by concerned clients and
is more intense and sophisticated. Advanced technical equipment
and tactics would be utilized and requires more man power with the
expertise to operate the equipment and perform a physical search.
It will usually locate numerous types of medium level attacks and
can take from 4 to 8+ hours depending on the type, size and contents
of the structure.

INSPECTIONS |

RESEARCH offers a plan of recurring countermeasures inspections at
a reduced rate with a retainer. These inspections can be performed
on a random, monthly, or quarterly basis. |
| MEETINGS
AND CONFERENCES |
| ATS
RESEARCH can perform countermeasures inspections of the target and surrounding
rooms previous to secure meetings or conferences. In addition, signal
jamming devices along with security personnel can be in place to provide
added security. |
| VEHICLE
TRACKERS |
| An
onsite inspection at our location for hostile internal and external
tracking devices or monitoring equipment performed on a standard motor
vehicle.
Onsite (Retail Site): $60.00 per vehicle
Offsite
charge: $150.00 cash |

We keep up with the latest technology and have the knowledge of the latest hostile devices offered for sale from typical spy shop gadgets to more sophisticated equipment. ATS Research and it's associates will apply their experience and equipment knowledge to the best of our abilities to make sure that we are confident that there were no hostile devices present at the time of our sweep. With this in mind - ATS Research and it's associates cannot warranty or guarantee that a device will be found. If you find someone who will guarantee it...good luck with that. |
